Made-to-order means no resale returns — but we'll always fix a real problem.

This page is provided for transparency about how Frame Your Catch operates. It is general information, not legal advice. If anything here conflicts with the terms shown to you at checkout, the checkout terms apply.

The short version

Every piece is made to order from your photo, so we can’t resell returns — but we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll reprint it or refund it. Just reach out.

Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. That said, if there’s a genuine problem with your file, email us and we’ll make it right.

Physical prints

Prints are custom-made from your artwork, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. You do see an exact preview before you buy.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a free reprint or a refund.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your package is lost or damaged in shipping, let us know and we’ll work with our print provider to resolve it — typically a reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Custom large-format orders

Custom oversized prints are quoted and produced individually. Any deposit is applied to your final price; because production starts once you approve the quote, deposits for custom orders are non-refundable after work has begun, except where the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to request a refund or reprint

Email orders@frameyourcatch.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and (for damage or defects) a clear photo. We aim to respond within a couple of business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
