Privacy Policy

• Photos you upload of your catch, and the artwork we generate from them.
• Your email address, when you unlock previews, place an order, or contact us.
• Order & shipping details (name, shipping address, and payment confirmation) — collected and processed through Stripe at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data collected automatically through analytics and cookies (for example, pages viewed and general location).

We use your information to create your artwork, process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, send marketing emails you’ve opted into, provide support, measure and improve the site, and prevent fraud and abuse.

To create your artwork, the photo you upload is sent to our AI image providers for processing (see the list below). We use your photo only to generate your artwork and fulfill your order — we do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.

We retain your uploaded photo and generated artwork indefinitely so we can re-deliver your file and support your order. You can ask us to delete your photo at any time by emailing us.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing, and the name/shipping address you enter at checkout.
• Gelato — our print provider, which fulfills and ships physical prints (receives your shipping details and artwork).
• Google (Gemini), Replicate, and xAI (Grok) — AI image providers that process your uploaded photo to generate the artwork.
• Klaviyo — email marketing and on-site tracking.
• Resend — sending order confirmations and other transactional emails.
• Vercel — website hosting and temporary file storage.
• Google Analytics, and (when enabled) the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels — usage measurement and ad performance.
• PromoteKit — affiliate/referral tracking, which uses a cookie to credit referrals.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as your cart and checkout), analytics, affiliate referral tracking, and — where enabled — advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

If you give us your email, we may send you a discount code and occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We’ll still send transactional emails about orders you place.

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, email us and we’ll respond as required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

The Service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
